Common Return and Exchange Questions
Q: What items are returnable?
A: Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
-In original condition
-Unwashed and Unworn
-In the original packaging
-Items shipped to us that do not meet this criteria will not receive a refund for the product(s) or any other charges related to shipping them back to us and the product(s) will not be sent back to customer
Q: What items are non-refundable?
A: Free gifts or promotional items
Q: Are there any charges for return?
A:We do not charge a restocking fee
-Original shipping charges are non-refundable
-You are responsible for return shipping charges
Q: How do I return?
A: Send an email to email@example.com with your order number and word “refund” or “exchanger” on the subject line.
Q: How soon will I get my refund?
A: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10-14 business days. (Times may vary depending on 3rd parties, i.e. banks, countries, etc.)
